Graduate in Accounting from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City.
With more than 30 years of experience in financial markets, of which 20 has specialized in investment banking. Combining his experience in banking, brokerage, accounting and auditing allows him to carry out the closing of projects for a collective total of more than USD 400M, including company valuation, negotiation, structuring of offers, and consulting for the determination and implementation of business plans.
He worked for Arthur Andersen in the auditing and consulting divisions. Later, he joined the Fundamental Analysis team at the Stock Exchange and Securities of Mexico, following up and preparing publications on the main issuers in the market. Later, he joined the team that presented new forms of control and monitoring for the Banamex consumer credit and electronic banking division.

He has provided advice in a wide range of investment, financing, and consulting operations. His expertise spans from negotiating and structuring Mergers and Acquisitions transactions, Restructuring, Strategy Projects, and Business Development across various industries.
He has experience primarily in the Automotive, Industrial, Food and Beverage, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Energy, and Pharmaceutical sectors.
Previously, he worked at a company specialized in advising, developing, constructing, and operating renewable energy assets.

He is a partner at Sinergia Capital, a private investment bank. He has more than 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. It has closed operations in various sectors such as chemical, cosmetic, among others. Previously, he worked at Coopers & Lybrand, PWC, Scotiabank and Invermerxico in management positions.

He has more than 30 years of experience in the sectors; Banking, Leasing Surety and Factoring. He worked as CEO at Afianzadora Somex, 23 years at Banco Santander, and his last position was as Regional Executive Director of the EIB South Region. He was a partner of Imagina Leasing, his last position was as General Director of the same, he was a partner of Imagina Venture Capital and Imagina Consulting. He is a founding partner of Estracre SAPI de CV.
Carlos F. Goel Vinade
Public Accountant graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana. He has a diploma in Financial Derivatives from the ITESM and certified as an Investment Strategy advisor by the AMIB.
With more than 25 years of experience in the financial and business environment, financing management, market risk mitigation, management and operational and administrative advice. He worked as a treasury manager at Comercializadora Gonac, later he was Specialist Director in Treasury at Banco Santander. He was a business associate at Imagina Leasing and is a founding partner of Goel Consultores.
